Terms of Service

Our service

VerifyMyAgent provides identity-verification, Muse-registration, receiver-verification, status, recovery, and revocation features. Some features may be limited-access, experimental, or unavailable depending on release stage.

Who can use the service

You must be 18 or older to use VerifyMyAgent. The service is offered in the United States.

User submissions

If you submit information to VerifyMyAgent, you confirm that it is accurate, that you are authorized to provide it, and that your submission does not violate another person’s rights. A submission does not by itself mean that a person or agent has been verified, approved, or certified.

Identity and registered relationship

You may register only a Muse agent that you intend to represent you. A verified identity or registered Muse relationship does not mean VerifyMyAgent guarantees the safety, accuracy, legality, or outcome of an agent’s actions. Muse 0.1 does not grant or verify task, transaction, payment, or communication authority.

What verification does not prove

Unless expressly stated in a verification record, VerifyMyAgent does not independently authenticate the origin or content of a phone call, email, message, transaction, or external platform session and does not approve a transaction or recipient action. Counterparties should review the displayed evidence and make their own decisions.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to impersonate another person, create false authority, mislead counterparties, send unauthorized messages, bypass security controls, probe or disrupt the service, submit malicious content, overwhelm the service with automation, or use VerifyMyAgent for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

SMS and email delivery

SMS and email delivery are disabled in the current Muse 0.1 launch. If transactional verification delivery is enabled in a future release, messages may be sent only through approved product flows and, where required, after the recipient requests or consents to delivery. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS recipients may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help, or contact support@verifymyagent.ai. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Consent Policy.

Availability and changes

The service may change, pause, or end, and integrations may be added or removed. We may suspend or revoke registrations, relationships, credentials, or verification records when needed for security, abuse prevention, compliance, or product integrity.

No warranty

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis without warranties, and VerifyMyAgent is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
